Paediatric Nurse (RNC)
Location: Selby
Shift: Days and Nights
Pay rate: £28.37 - £34.67 per hour (including holiday pay)
Are you a Paediatric Nurse with at least 6 months UK based experience within the last 2 years?
At Pulse Nursing at Home, we specialise in nurse-lead packages of care for clients with complex needs who want to receive care in their own homes and communities.
The role will involve working with our 1 year old male client, who is living with a rare genetic condition. You will be working within the family home. Whilst supporting with his clinical needs, enhancing his quality of life where possible and enriching his social needs through play and interaction. You will be expected to deliver high quality patient care, build a rapport with the client whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
To deliver care and support to our client, please be aware you must have recent experience with the following:
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning / tube change
- Ventilation via tracheostomy
- Humidification
- Deep suctioning
- Chest physio
- Care and use of gastrostomy
- Gastrostomy buttons
