Female Adult Nurse (RNA)
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Shift: Days available (08:00-18:00)
Pay rate: £28.37 per hour (including holiday pay)
At Pulse Nursing at Home we specialise in nurse-led packages of care for clients with complex needs who want to receive care in their own homes and communities. We are looking to expand our team across the Staffordshire area to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care.
The role involves working with our young male client, who has been diagnosed with a brainstem and spinal injury. The client is living in the family home. You will be supporting his clinical needs, enhancing his quality of life where possible and enriching his social needs through play and interaction. As a nurse in this role, will be expected to deliver high quality patient care, build a rapport with the client whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
To deliver care and support to our client, please be aware you must have recent experience with the following:
- Tracheostomy care & suctioning / tube change
- Ventilation via tracheostomy
- Oral suctioning
- Mechanical cough assist (essential, not desired)
