Types of care
Pulse Nursing at Home provides clinically outstanding long-term, and lifetime, managed care services to children and adults at home or in the community, providing short-term and rapid response care when needed.
Trusted by Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), case managers and private clients across England and Wales, we lead the provision of world-class care, supporting children and adults to live the life they want to at home or in their community, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Our fully managed care services enable CCGs and families to have complete peace of mind, all of the time.
We specialise in both support worker and nurse-led packages of care, providing lifetime sustainable solutions and rapid response care when needed.
We provide highly bespoke and confidential solutions for people that want to fund their care or care for a loved one. From recent injuries to lifelong conditions, our team has a wealth of experience across the most complex of needs.
We deliver last-minute, ad-hoc support for children and adults; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it’s one shift or 100, we can supply the staff you need whenever you need them.
We work with you and your hospital discharge teams to deliver high-quality intermediate step down care by creating safe environments to discharge patients into, helping you create the community capacity you need by maximising the use of your existing facilities.
We have access to the best nurses and support workers locally to each client with specialist clinical skills including airway management, brain injury, end of life, neurological, post-operative care and spinal injury and frequently undertaking client-specific training through our world-class care platform.
We consider cultural and personality fit of the utmost importance and take the time to meet our clients and listen to their requirements. This allows us to carefully match our nurses and support workers to the right client.
