In her role at Pulse Nursing at Home, Angela oversees service delivery, ensuring care is clinically outstanding, highly tailored, and focused on supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Head of Clinical Services Claire Wessier Claire is a Critical Care and Complex Care Nurse with 15 years' experience. As Head of Clinical Services at Pulse Nursing at Home, she leads the delivery of safe, high-quality community clinical services, strengthening governance, championing client safety, and driving continuous service improvement and growth.

Head of Growth, Staffing & Mobilisation Marc Smith Marc has over 13 years' experience in healthcare, including physiotherapy, acute staffing, paediatrics, neonatal care, midwifery, complex nurse and carer-led care. Service Development Consultant Josh Scott Josh has over a year's experience working within complex community care services. In his role at Pulse Nursing at Home, he works closely with ICBs, Local Authorities, and Case Managers to understand local pressures, develop bespoke long-term care packages, and build strong partnerships that support individuals with complex needs safely at home.

Partnership Manager Hayley Frost Hayley has over 10 years' experience in healthcare, including NHS finance, hospital discharge coordination, and complex and end-of-life care. At Pulse Nursing at Home, she manages key commissioner relationships, oversees escalations, and works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

Partnership Manager Robert Rout Rob has over 8 years' experience within the organisation and 3 years in his current role as Partnership Manager.
