Nikki Goulding, Clinical Service Lead

Nikki Goulding is a qualified Paediatric Nurse with 9 years’ experience working in a variety of healthcare settings, including Intensive Care (ICU), Accident & Emergency (A&E) and the community. She has also mentored individuals when working in the hospital ward and taught students revision techniques in clinical and human biology.

Working as a Clinical Service Lead at Pulse Nursing at Home, Part of Acacium Group, Nikki is responsible for working closely with Clinical Leads, Nurses and Support Workers to ensure the care delivered to our clients is safe, responsive and meets the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Paediatric Nursing BSc (Hons)
  • Level 3 Diploma in leadership and management with Raise the Bar
  • Level 5 Diploma in leadership and management with Raise the Bar - in progress
