Female Paediatric Nurse (RNC)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST6 postcode area)
Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (9 hour shifts)
Pay rate: £32.57 - £34.67 per hour (including holiday pay)
At Pulse Nursing at Home, we specialise in nurse-led packages of care for clients with complex needs who want to receive care in their own homes and communities. We are looking to expand our team across the Stoke-on-Trent area to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care.
The role involves working with our young male client who is living with developmental delay. You will be working in the family home. While supporting with his clinical needs, enhancing his quality of life where possible and enriching his social needs through play and interaction. You will be expected to deliver high quality patient care, build a rapport with the client whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
In the family home, they do have a dog and a snake.
To deliver care and support to our client, please be aware you must have recent experience with the following:
- Chest Physio
- Administration of Rectal Paraldhyde
- Care and use of gastrostomy
- Gastrostomy buttons (not required but perferred)
- Epilepsy
