In support of this year’s International Nurses Day theme “Our Nurses. Our Future.” And its call to action: “We must learn from the pandemic and translate these learnings into future actions to ensure nurses are protected, respected and valued.” Clinical Service Lead Lisa discusses the importance of respecting nurses and how we ensure our nurses are respected at Pulse Nursing at Home.

How we respect our nurses at Pulse Nursing at Home

At Pulse Nursing at Home, we respect our nurses by offering a variety of support frameworks, benefits and opportunities to ensure you feel part of the team. From the very beginning of your journey with us we provide a 24/7 online interview process so you can attend your interview at a time that suits you and your work life.

We provide flexible shift options to accommodate what works best for you and your working style, this can be days, nights, school shifts and even weekends. Our Operations and Clinical Team are available 24/7 for support, whether its regarding the clients care, your shifts or general wellbeing.

We have a range of wellbeing and support services available which come in the form of our Wellbeing and Support Hub, an online portal on our website for our nurses to access wellbeing, mental health and support information, resources and helplines.

Our nurses can manage their shifts using our app, iPoint. You can use the app to see what shifts are available and book your shifts that work around you and your needs as a nurse.
