At Pulse Nursing at Home, we want to make the recruitment process as simple and stress-free as possible. That’s why we’ve removed the hassle and pressure of face-to-face interviews, and replaced with HireView, our online video interviewing platform.
How does HireVue work?
Simply record your answers to pre-set interview questions using either a computer and webcam, or your mobile/tablet device. After the interview, our team will review your responses and evaluate your skills and expertise.
We understand that completing a video interview is a new concept to most and can feel quite daunting. That’s why we have created our HireView guide, to take you through the process step by step, so you know exactly what to expect.

Why do we use HireVue?
Reduce travel: no more setting off three hours early to avoid traffic or turning up soaking wet from the rain, your video interview can be completed from the comfort of your own home. This saves you both time and money.
More convenient: we understand that it can be difficult to find the time to fit in interviews. When you’ve finished a night shift, the last thing you want to do is walk into an interview at 9am the next morning. With video interviewing, you can complete your interview whenever and wherever you like, at a time that suits you.
Less pressure: interviews can be scary, but HireVue can help relieve some of the pressure. You can complete your interview on your own, in an environment you feel more comfortable in. If you need to take a break in between questions that is absolutely fine, and if you’re not happy with one of your answers you have the chance to re-record.
Fairer: every applicant for a support worker job receives the same questions and the reviewer has more time (and fewer distractions) when considering your answers, so you can be confident that you have been given your best chance for success.
