  • A reminder that it is our expectation that you complete COVID testing a minimum of once per week and are reporting the results of your latest test to us. Even if you are in a substantive post elsewhere, we still require that you report the results of the test conducted in your substantive post. This is for your protection, your loved ones and the clients that you care for.

You must report the results of your latest test to us using the form here. We advise you to save or bookmark the link in your smartphone or other device used so you can easily access it. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) relating to COVID-19 testing. To read these, please click here.

  • The government has announced that it is due to mandate as a legal requirement for all health and social care workers to be fully vaccinated by 1st April 2022. This is to ensure both yourself and the clients that you care for are protected against COVID-19.

If you've not yet been fully vaccinated (this includes both your first and second vaccination), please be aware that you will need to receive both vaccinations by the 1st April deadline. To meet this deadline, you will have need to have had your first jab by 3rd February 2022. Failing to meet this deadline, could impact your ability to book shifts with us by a number of weeks.

You can book your vaccination online on the NHS website or you can attend your local walk-in centre as a priority walk-in by showing your Pulse Nursing at Homevaccination letter on arrival.

  • If you have any concerns about your work environment, your client, or the care you are delivering please contact us immediately via the care coordination team. We are available 24/7 and are always here to support.

Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
    2. Your right to object to processing of your personal data – this enables you to object to the processing of your personal data where we are relying on legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and there is something about your situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.

    4. Your right to withdraw consent – this right arises at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
    5. Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal data you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
