Care coordination team

Our care coordination team manage all our packages of care. They can be contacted 24 hours a day and will be your first port of call for queries and booking shifts. They will talk you through the requirements of each package prior to placement and will check your level of understanding. Our community work can attract different rates of pay so please remember to check this each time.

Compliance team

Our compliance team provide support to maintain your compliance to ensure that you remain able to work (including DBS, training, occupational health and right to work) and will advise you of when these will expire. You will also be able to view the status of your compliance documents via your ipoint {link to ipoint page} dashboard. Our compliance team will be in contact with you to arrange any team meetings or conference calls that may be required for any packages of care that you are involved with. The team can be contacted between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Supervisions and appraisals team

We have a dedicated supervision and appraisal team who will contact you when your appraisals and supervisions are due and enable you to book a session. You can also contact them anytime to arrange a supervision or to talk about your revalidation if you are a nurse by emailing them directly.
