We work directly with NHS commissioners, ICBs and case managers to build, staff and manage packages of care for clients with complex needs who want to live well at home and in their communities across England.
Every package is shaped around the person. From rapid response support to a lifetime of care, we take the time to get it right for the individual and for the families who love them.
Whatever the need, whatever the funding framework, we specialise in building complex care packages that are clinically led and centred entirely around the individual.
Our aim is always to do more than just provide care. Through carefully considered interventions, we work with individuals to build the skills and confidence they need to regain independence, stepping down support gradually where possible and always at a pace that feels right for them.
It’s not just about the care we put in place today. It’s about the life we help people build for tomorrow.
Every package we manage comes with strong operational and clinical foundations, reducing your administrative burden and keeping care running smoothly.
As needs change, we adapt quickly and safely, without disruption. During any transition, clients retain the same clinical lead who knows them best.
We provide round-the-clock clinical and operational support for every client and their care team, every day of the year.

Every invoice carries a unique client ID, making reconciliation straightforward and reducing your finance team’s workload.
We check and report on medicines and medical equipment regularly, flagging low stock before it becomes a problem.
Clinical leads conduct clinical assessments and reassessments, creating care plans the entire team work to, which are tailored to each client and regularly reviewed.
Every stage of a package is designed around clinical quality and safety, from the initial assessment through to structured care planning, ongoing monitoring and clear escalation when needed.
Each client has a service delivery manager, regional clinical lead and care coordinator. Complex packages are created and overseen by a qualified clinical lead with high-acuity care experience.
We operate in line with all relevant legislation and CQC standards. Robust processes cover care delivery, staffing and record-keeping across every package.
We use a structured escalation framework to identify early deterioration, trigger clinical reviews and coordinate with external services, while families and commissioners are kept fully informed.
All incidents are handled through a structured process, fully investigated and reported on transparently, with learnings shared to prevent recurrence.
We regularly review data across care delivery, incidents and outcomes to identify patterns and drive continuous improvement.
Our clinical team holds expertise in airway management, neurological care, spinal injury, end-of-life care and post-operative recovery, with continuous training in place via our clinical platform.

We make placing a complex care package straightforward. Here is exactly what to expect from your initial referral right through to care delivery.
The first step is an initial discussion to understand the client’s care requirements.
We’ll then put together a tailored proposal, outlining suggestions and care options along with costings for review.
Once you’ve reviewed and approved the proposal, your allocated clinical lead will arrange an assessment to fully understand the client’s needs.
Our clinical lead will develop a tailored care plan covering services, schedules and any special requirements. This may involve input from healthcare professionals and other parties to complete the necessary documentation.
Our team of care coordinators will identify suitable workers and arrange the necessary training which will be aligned with the client’s needs.
Prior to a package of care starting, we’ll require a contractual agreement in place. This will outline the terms and conditions of the services and any other relevant information.
Once the agreement is signed, the care plan and clinical documentation finalised and care workers have completed their training and sign-off process, we’ll work with all parties to agree on a suitable start date.
We maintain regular communication and reviews with the client and care workers, providing updates, addressing concerns and adjusting the care plan as needed to ensure it continues to meet the client’s needs.
We focus on building and retaining a skilled team of nurses and support workers so that packages are safe and clinically robust from day one.
Every nurse and support worker is recruited with enhanced DBS checks, full referencing and a clinical competency assessment.
Continuous supervision and training ensures our workforce remains equipped to deliver safe, high-quality complex care.
Every team is backed by clinical leads, service delivery managers and care coordinators to maintain safety and performance.
