Submit your application and your dedicated resourcer will be in touch to arrange a conversation. This is your chance to tell us about your experience, ask questions about the role and find out more about the clients and care environments you’d be working in.
We use HireVue, an online video interviewing platform, so you can complete your interview at a time that suits you, from your computer, tablet or mobile. No commuting or scheduling pressure, just a chance to show us what you can do.
After a successful interview, your compliance coordinator will guide you through the background checks required before you start. This process is thorough by design, protecting both you and the individuals in your care and ensuring every nurse and support worker working with us is fully compliant.
Once we have all your compliance documents, you’ll be introduced to your care coordinator. They’ll take the time to get to know you and understand your ambitions, making sure you’re well supported and matched with the right clients.
