FAQs

1. I don’t have an ipoint account

You were automatically enrolled when you were signed off to work. An email would have been sent asking you to create a password. If you can’t find it, simply download the app and click “Forgotten password” to receive a new link.

Please note: the link is only valid for 24 hours. If it expires, request a new one.

If you still can’t access your account, contact ipoint.servicedesk@acaciumgroup.com.

2. I’ve forgotten my username

Try your email address first. Iyoure still unable to log in, contact ipoint.servicedesk@acaciumgroup.com.
