Refer someone who would be a brilliant nurse or support worker on our team. Get their permission and send us their details.
We’ll take care of the rest
Our team will reach out and support them through recruitment. If they’re the right fit, they’ll be ready to join our community.
You get rewarded
Once they’ve completed the required hours, your cash bonus will be on its way. It’s our thank you for helping us grow a great team.
Who can I refer?
You can refer anyone who:
- Is a nurse or support worker
- Has the right to work in the UK
- Meets our recruitment and compliance standards
- Is not already registered with Pulse Nursing at Home
- Has given you permission to share their details
How many people can I refer?
As many as you like. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make and no limit to the rewards you can earn.
When will I receive my reward?
You’ll receive your reward once:
- Your friend has been successfully recruited.
- They have completed the required number of hours for their role.
- All terms and conditions have been met.
